WineDelight.com does not sell or ship alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. All shipments containing alcohol require an adult�s signature upon delivery to prevent minors from receiving alcohol. Because of this, it is the customer�s responsibility to be present at the time of the delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. In the event that the subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to WineDelight.com and the customer will incur the shipping and handling costs.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Estimated shipping time and costs are based upon the products ordered and will be determined at checkout. Costs are determined by the weight of the total order and delivery method. Standard deliveries are handled by FedEx and UPS, based on state availability and products ordered. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, though sometimes a product is not in stock and thus will have longer shipping times. Tracking information is emailed to you when the order is processed.

State Rules

Since each state has its own rules about alcoholic beverages, WineDelight.com is unable to ship to all states. Although we do our best keeping up with the current laws, you may want to check with the appropriate agency in your state or county to find out the laws applicable to you. If, between the date of order and date of arrival, the laws of your state change as to make it illegal for you to import your shipment, you can return the order for a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs. WineDelight.com will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified at time of checkout, provided that WineDelight.com believes that such shipment will not subject WineDelight.com to any sort of legal action or harm.

Damaged Goods

Although WineDelight.com takes the utmost care in packing products using a combination of Styrofoam and cardboard boxes, it is not uncommon for products to get damaged during delivery. Because of this, WineDelight.com insures the shipment for all products. In order to claim damaged goods, WineDelight.com requires the customer to return all damaged products, in its original packaging, for WineDelight.com to submit the claim to the appropriate carrier. In the event that the customer is unable to return the damaged products, WineDelight.com will not be able to provide a refund.

Return Policy

Once alcoholic beverages leave the premises of WineDelight.com, U.S. Federal regulations forbid WineDelight.com to refund the purchase. If the customer is unable to sign for the package and it gets returned to WineDelight.com, we will charge the customer the shipping and handling plus a 10% restocking fee.
