Thia Aquavit was launched in 1946 as part of the celebration of Aalborg Taffel Akavit's 100 year jubilee, hence the name Junilaeum Akvavit. It is a golden and luxurious aquavit, made from distillate of dill and coriander seeds, rounded with extract of American white oak. The Junilaeum Akvavit goes perfectly with medium spiced food, fish and pork.
