Barr an Uisce 'Wicklow Rare' Blended Irish whiskey. 80/20 grain/ 10 year old malt. Matures in first-fill bourbon barrels for 4 years. Finished in Oloroso sherry casks for 6 months.

Pale gold in color. Aromas of vanilla, honey and baked fruits. Very smooth entry and then expansive with a mouth-coating, oily texture. Mid palate shows a nuttiness and warmth with hints of raisin and plum. A long clean finish with subtle marmalade notes and caramel.
