This bourbon is the standard bearer for single barrel bourbons, and the taste profile is sweet with citrus and oak. On the nose, a creamy vanilla aroma features hints of toffee, nuts, caramel, orange and light chocolate. When it hits the palate, a mix of caramel and orange carries on from the nose and mixes with burnt sugar and cloves for a full and soft taste. The finish is balanced with vanilla, honey and citrus notes.
