
The production of Mezcal Delirio Añejo of Oaxaca is 100% artisanal using traditional stone ovens and natural fermentation. Aging is achieved after 12 months in new American white oak barrels that are slightly toasted and under the influence of the warm temperature of the region.
Mezcal Delirio Añejo of Oaxaca has a robust wood profile with soft fruity notes thanks to the mixture of Espadín and Madre Cuishe agaves. With a smoked character from its traditional origins, it provides an elegant sweet note to it resulting from being aged in new barrels
