Grape Variety: 100% Grenache Noir, sourced from ancient vines (some planted in 1912) rooted in the cooler, sandy soils of the appellation.
Aromas and Palate: Displays lifted aromas of black cherries, red raspberries, violets, crushed herbs, and peppery garrigue. The palate is supple, creamy, and fresh, supported by fine-grained tannins and vibrant mineral energy.
Alcohol: Around 15% to 15.5% ABV.
Drinking Window: Generally approachable now or suited for cellaring through roughly 2033–2038
