Antoine Vincent makes this wine from chardonnay grown in Mâcon and Pouilly-Fuissé, aging 30 percent of it in oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel. The southern accent of the fruit and the time in oak gives this wine a creamy richness, with notes of orange blossom and hazelnuts, while leesy tension brings out the minerality, lending the wine clean definition.
