This is a beautifully delicate and affordable mezcal. Doba-yej is Zapotec for Espadin and Los Siete Misterios named it this to differentiate from their regular Espadin bottling. With notes of roasted agave, fresh cucumber, baked pear, green pepper, and a hint of cinnamon sweetness there's something for everyone to love in this bottle.
